Free Spirit Psychotherapy, LLC is a private practice that combines the expertise of psychotherapist Paul Lambert and life coach Marines Garcia. The husband-and-wife team of Paul and Marines provide the highest level of care and self-fulfillment for patients in the state of Connecticut, as well as patients from all around the world who can see us remotely.

Paul, a certified Licensed Professional Counselor, is fully insured and can see clients in person in the state of Connecticut using Connecticut insurance. He can also see patients worldwide who are not using insurance but are using telehealth. Marines offers in-person visits for patients in Hartford County, as well telehealth for patients worldwide.
